So I weighed myself today.
Apperantly, in the last two weeks Ive gone from 225 to 210.
Yeah, I lost 15 lbs. Somehow.
I havent been working out more than I usually do. Infact I sit around on the couch more than ever. But 15 lbs is gone.
Huh.
