Oh, LJ, when I was 15 years old and curious about the naughty side of fanfiction, I searched it out and found it and no stupid flag would have stopped me. And these "( You are about to view content that may not be appropriate for minors. )" warnings are already really annoying. REALLY ANNOYING.

I posted about that last night. If you're over 18 and logged in, you shouldn't be seeing them (believe me, I was envisioning an entire Friends page of extra-click unreadable entries). Did you put your birth year (or *a* birth year, if not your own) into your edit profile page? I didn't have a year in mine, which is why I kept seeing those cuts I wasn't supposed to see.

I already loathe those warnings because every time I click that yes, I'm over 14 they do absolutely nothing.

Since I'm so lazy, I'm really not thrilled at the thought of having to log in every single time I want to look at a community. Why can't I just be bored and in the mood for some quick browsing?
