them saying "you didn't do well on the computer test" could also be a cop-out instead of saying "we have someone else" or "we're prejudice and just don't want you". "not doing well" on a test gives companies a lot of lee-way when it comes to loop holes and ways of not hiring people even though they are qualified (sometimes over qualified).
