Quail Eggs and Experimental Sushi...

Athena wanted to hit Nashville Monday and I went along. We went to sushi (the conveyor belt sushi place is awesome if you hit it early) and hit a few places to shop. I bought quail eggs while at a very nice Asian Market/Deli that I wished I lived close to and a few other things.

Today's bento is from my craving for spicy crap rolls.

I wish it had been more yummy :/ Didn't turn out as well as I would have liked after packing. Oh, well, back to the drawing board :}

The eggs were kinda neat though!

I'm in love with sushi, sadly, not a single restaurant in my are serves them, so I amuse myself a couple of times a month and buy them at Morrisons.
I'm learning how to cook and sushi sound simple enough - maybe it's time for that now?

That's very sad :{ We have three (THREE a sign of the apocalypse as near Athena and I can figure) about 15 minutes away. It's really to expensive to go to a lot but...I'm an addict.

You should try making sushi, it's fun and you can eat any mistakes :}
