After the events on LJ to do with me unfortanetely, this book passage adequately applies. I just want to add I am no longer going to let the small mindedness and childish behavior of others get me down. I am on the path to being healthier and happier and just can't let others get to me.

I have never met anyone else who has read anything by Iyanla Vanzant, though I have recommended her books to many people as they changed my outlook completely and actually inspired me to become a therapist. I was just wondering which of her books that is from. It's been a while since I read any of them.
