phew, another week of running down

It makes me laugh when I read next week's runs. Today's one was 1 min walk/ 3 min run x6. The first one for next week is 1 min walk/ 4 min run x6. I only just about managed this one. Me thinks a repeat of this weeks runs will be beneficial and stop me collapsing into a quivering heap. Still have plans for another no-gear workout or maybe the core ( Read more... )

Repeating is always good and means you're just better prepared for the next week. :) Always fun trying to get that fitness you know you had back, but you seem to be well on your way.
And of course, my hat off to you for the added workout routines. Those things are brutal.
