It makes me laugh when I read next week's runs. Today's one was 1 min walk/ 3 min run x6. The first one for next week is 1 min walk/ 4 min run x6. I only just about managed this one. Me thinks a repeat of this weeks runs will be beneficial and stop me collapsing into a quivering heap. Still have plans for another no-gear workout or maybe the core
