K. is one of my favorite people, and I'd love it if she lived closer (like they talk about now and again) and we could get together for coffee or lunch from time to time. She's sweet, she's kind, she's intelligent... She's exactly the type of person anyone needs to have as a friend. I know that even if we don't talk for a bit, I can e-mail her when I need to talk and she doesn't mind. She's there to offer a kind word, some advice and another perspective.She has a beautiful family that I've had the privilege of meeting a few times. I can't wait to meet the Decimal when she/he is born. She's a wonderful person and I am lucky to have her as a friend <3

Kate really sees things. As they are, not how they're presented, and I admire and value that. She also loves so hard, and I want to be like that too. <3

Oh YAY, I <3 Ms K! She's a new friend on & offline that I look forward to knowing better in the years to come.

I think I will be forever grateful for the time I spent with her young one this year & I can't wait until we can play together again. :-)

You know, it's so funny--I think I encountered you because of java_fiend, and then I connected to music_mama because of you and popfiend, and then I hung out with music_mama, and then I hung out with you, and then I asked you to watch my kid...and the rest is history in the making! YAY LJ!!! And Yay for fun, fabulous people living nearby. :-D

I am so very happy to have met Ms. K in the last few months. I haven't had the time to push forward with the friendship but I'm not letting this one slip through the cracks. There will be a lunch. Sooner than later.

I find her thought provoking and centering and simply fascinating. Looking forward to futures.

She's awesome! She writes really well, and I love her mind and her ideas about religion and everything, and she's definitely the coolest religious person I know, and she's generous and sweet and caring and a good person.

One of those people with whom I just seem to... connect. She is so thoughtful, and seems to have just an amazing capacity for love. I am so happy we're friends.

That first sentence--ain't it the truth? :) I think I shall always love having you in my life, my dear, even if we're always a bajillion miles apart. (My fervent hope is that we WILL have tea together, though. I can hardly wait!!!)
