Such an amazing writer, and so supportive and friendly, even with her busy schedule and her totally rad and awesome life. She deserved to win Idol, and I'm glad that she reached out to me and that she's my friend.

I love how daring Allison is. She hangs upside down on a strip of fabric over un-cushioned concrete for chrissakes! She's just as brave with her writing, exposing her fears and her sorrows and her inner snarks while wrapping them in words that are just crafted so beautifully.

I love how she intentionally sets out to challenge herself to write new kinds of things, instead of relying on what's easy or comfortable. I love how she shares her really good thinking so freely with other writers. She reminds me that when one of us improves, we all improve, and when we give we gain so much more.

Her life is just so fascinating, and I can't help but envy the life she leads. But she's awesome because of it. She's inspiring, friendly and very confident. Something most of us need more of in our lives.

Talented, daring, passionate, intelligent and takes the time out to help and encourage a lot of different people. She's very generous with her time and her abilities and I thiink that's a pretty amazing, wonderful thing.

I don't know her very well yet, but so far I like what I see. She travels even more than I do which means I get to relate to her on that level, and I enjoy her round up posts on writing, seeing what she's been submitting to and so forth, because it helps keep me thinking about my own writing goals. I've also enjoyed seeing her comments on my journal. She's a good person to have around!
