So, I want to do something nice for people and I'm short of money but have some time on my hands.  Thus I propose a love post.

Here's the deal: If your friend doesn’t have a thread created for them then leave a comment with their name as the title and say what you love about them. If there is a thread for somebody then reply to the original comment ( Read more... )

Ferrett is the best thing that ever happened to my life. He has made me grow into a kinder and wiser person. He is my best friend, and greatest love, and I feel blessed to have him in my life every single day. There's nothing I'd rather do than spend time with him. He's also incredibly sexy and...rowr!

Ferrett is completely awesome and amazing. He's always there with a text hug and kind words when I'm feeling a bit down. He's quick to remind me that somebody cares about me and I'm not the invisible girl any longer.

My world would be so much emptier without him in it.

Where do I start? I fell in love with Ferrett the moment I laid eyes on him, even if it took me a while to figure that out. He's brought me more joy than I ever could have imagined possible, he's patient with me when my brain weasels come out to chew on the wires, he snuggles me endlessly when we're together and he bombards me with his second greatest asset -his words - when we're apart.

I am blessed to call him mine.

Ferrett is an amazing man, big-hearted and generous and kind and funny and smart and handsome and a great writer, and so many more things besides. He has the most interesting mind I've ever experienced, quick and clever and incisive and curious, and he expresses his thoughts and philosophies in some of the most entertaining and informative essays I've ever read. He's an astounding boyfriend, thoughtful and compassionate and sensual and an absolutely superb kisser, and so incredibly hot that I sometimes find it hard to tear my thoughts away from the last time we were together.

Ferrett gets all the ratios right. He is smart and silly, sexy and cute, geeky and more geeky, funny and serious, in all the right measures! Also, he's not at all squamous, nor eldritch in any way. Just sayin'.

Ferrett is an endless spring of love, who fills my life with a quiet but constant stream of joy. He is considerate and kind, and incredibly self-aware - and constantly seeking to be more so, a quality I prize above most others - and I feel honored and so very fortunate to know him. He's amazing and I adore him.

Were it not for Ferrett, I wouldn't have met a ton of people who mean the world to me. He's a social nexus and I, for one, am grateful to him. Both for his introducing me to others through interacting in his journal, but also for inspiring me to think and view things from a different perspective.

Ferret is riotously funny, a great host and a fun person to be around; likewise his love for zoethe is just radiant and wonderful-something anyone in love should aspire to. His hard work on writing is inspirational and brave and he's got a big damn heart.

Ferrett, I salute you!

Ferrett is a mensch. Good heart, good with words, not afraid to consider other viewpoints, or to admit when he screws up. I think he'd be a great guy to sit and have a beer -- better yet, a cocktail -- with and discuss the world.

Ferret is an amazing kind of guy. Reading his words he comes alive as a person. He says things and writes words that speak to me. Knowing him even in this virtual way I do not feel so strange or alone. He also strikes me as sexy as hell.

I am grateful to Ferrett for supporting me in my chase of my dreams, helping me to see things in a new way, for stimulating my mind and for the eternal ego boost. :) I also love his way with words, and hope some day I can tell him all these things in person!

He doesn't mind when I go on at length about murdering fowl, and also permits me to dissect his brain in a non-literal way. His touch and his words and his attention are like a warm blanket on a chilly evening. Plus he smells good, even though he insists on capitalizing my username.

Did you kill more than half the flock? Because then it would be "murder most fowl."

(I crack me up.)

Ferrett is a wonderful guy and I wish I lived closer so I could know him better, because I suspect he is one of those people I would adore unreservedly. He's smart and self-aware and is always working to become a better, more thoughtful person, and I admire him greatly. Also, he cracks me up. In conclusion: Ferrett = <3
