Titles of nobility

I am thinking on purchasing a noble title from a small nation.

Which do you think is better, Lord or Baron?

Well, given your name it could be Lord Jared Pierce OR Baron Jared Pierce...Lord sounds better with your full name, me thinks.

Obviously, I would style myself in the manner of the nation and use my middle name directly after the title.

Maybe you misunderstood the format? The excluded middle, while a great argument to be made in Buddhist logic, is not one of the options.
