Halloween Wrapup

This Halloween, we had 31 trick-or-treaters, which was up from last year but still nowhere near historical highs. But it was a Sunday, and that's always weird. We gave out a candy bar, a comic book* and a trinket all together in a zip-lock like last year, but unlike last year we handed the bags to the kids instead of putting them on a card table

Wow you had alot of trick or treaters, I live on a street and we haven't had any trick of treaters ever since 2011, but I live on a somewhat rural mountain and not flat land though. I still decorate my house every year to keep the Halloween spirit up, it makes me and my children feel a bit more happy, always did like carving out a pumpkin and lighting it all night. I usually have to drive my kids around to other parts of the suburb off the mountain where's there more houses with decorations. I think when this COVID-19 stuff ends we'll all get more trick or treaters and more neighbors decorating their houses too. I remember trick or treating in 2003 when I used to live in a suburb community in Mcdonough, Georgia. What a night to be alive, I remember the streets were packed and like every house in sight was decorated, I remember one of our elderly neighbors had a car that looked just like the Munster Koach from the Munsters (1964) and he would ride around and honk occasionally, every time it honked it made a funny funky sound, good
