If I can harness the ideas floating around in my head, I'm going to try and finish (ack) Kevyn's story today...and I want to do NaNo. I think. I don't want the pressure, but I do want it, at the same time, because that will help me finish the next story! (Which will be Jonas's and Sayer's story, as much as it is Kevyn's and Rory's).

So cool, I hope you finished. I can't wait to see what you've got up your sleeve for Jonas and Sayers and read Kevyn's story in it's entirety. Good luck.
I'm having so much fun writing Mari's story. It's a blast!! It's totally rejuvinated my writing. I'm hoping to finish it this weekend but that's honestly going to be a ton of writing. I think I'm at least 20,000 words away. But I may do a modified Nano, like I said. Finish Mari and then start on the new one. I'd rather do that and finish than lose momentum here.
You rock, girl!

I can't wait to see what you do with Mari! I think the potential is enormous, especially with what I know of you and plotting :) Plus, I really like Mari's character (she's such a fighter).

I just finished Kevyn! I'll probably add a little more, especially once you all have read it and added your thoughts. I've only resolved the main arc (Kevyn and Rory) and hinted at some other things, so I may need more...but right now, it's right around 43K for the first run-through -- right about par, for me, hehe.

Woo-hoo! Excellent. I knew you could do it.
I just wrote my favorite scene of the whole novel and added another 400 words, I'm hoping to finish the scene tonight and add another 500. We'll see.
I can't wait to read Kevyn's story. Send it to me anytime.
I am very excited about Mari and hope you're not disappointed. Right now, I feel like this is my best novel, but it might just be me on the writing high. Thanks for your support.

Yay for the progress! And good luck with NaNo. I'm not doing it. Call me chicken I guess. ;) Actually, I doubt I'll be ready to start my next book in just a mere 4 days and I have no idea how anyone has time to write that much during November when there's Thanksgiving to prepare for, not to mention getting ready to Christmas. Those who do manage that, heck, even half that, totally have my awe and respect.

Thanks, I'm very excited about the progress. Nano is hard but the one year I did it, I finished. This year I probably won't officially win as I may count WIP words that I've already started and am working on to keep me motivated, which is obviously against the new novel rules. But I am still striving for 50,000 words of something. I just don't want to lose this new momentum.
