I've decided that in writing him, I'll let him be adjustable according to circumstances. So sometimes he's 8 foot tall and 3-400 pounds. But he can be 12 feet tall and weigh 600 pounds if need be.
It's just too restrictive otherwise, I mean at 12 feet tall he literally can't walk into most normal buildings, etc.
