That's sad. No comments :/ I, of course, enjoyed this immensely! I giggled a lot, again.. as always :) I think this was a very cute story, present tense or no. There was no art attached to this fic but it was totally in my head the whole time! Great job, HoS ;)

Awww BEACH DAY!!! I love Sirius being so demanding at the beginning. There was such a feeling of playfulness and youth all the way through with them playing in the water and the wrestling. The end was lovely as well - Sirius is such a sweetheart and I agree Remus is probably too caught up in worrying that he doesn't see the beauty of the everyday whilst maybe Sirius would appreciate the ephemeral and fleeting beauty of things more.

This is a gorgeous day at the beach. I love Sirius' playfulness and then -- at the end -- his seriousness and profound statements.
