A busy and fun Sunday :)

I forgot about DiTL til i was eating breakfast. As you may be able to tell by the scenery, I was at my parents. Scarfed down some DELICIOUS granola then headed right out the door. Sure is pretty around here this time of year!

First things first--gotta fix this! Much better.

Entering: Historic Concord, MA. From the public parking lot to the building where I'm heading is a beautiful boardwalk. I love it.

It goes over a nice little brook and past this massive stump--the tree fell last year and it was such a huge root-system (dunno if that's the technical term) that we could practically stand inside of it.

First stop: TEA! I had to turn on the water and wait, though, ugh. Then it's time to sing! We start out with latin.

Two other examples of music we sing: South African (haven't sung these ones yet but I'm wicked excited to!) and Corsican. Yes, those numbers make sense...with practice. Not pictured: shape-note, Georgian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, and gospel. The group is called Boston Harmony, if anyone wants to look into it :)

We have potluck lunch. This is the remnants of mine, i forgot to take one before. Then more tea as we get back to singing!

Grabbed a pic of the room we practice in as we're leaving--it's a Masonic lodge. Strange but awesome. The stars in the ceiling light up :) It's still pretty out when i leave.

Back to my poor scratched up car--i think someone did it on purpose, since it's on three sides. Can't figure out who or when or why though :(

Next stop, Trader Joe's! I don't get to go nearly enough. Someone likes them so much they felt the need to profess their love on the tp dispenser, lol.

I make it out without spending too much, mostly because i only have limited freezer space! Then I head down the street to meet my mom to shop for a housewarming gift for my cousin.

Just like when I was a kid, i convince my mom to let me go in the pet store :D cute birdies and piggies! I really hope they meant free cage w/purchase, not what it looks like...

After a quick stop at home to change, mom and I are off to the temple for a dinner thing. Can you tell it's breast cancer awareness month? the s'mores make us all gasp ;)

My dinner...bread and cake. Everything else had red sauce or veggies i don't like :( the cake was amazing, though, gluten-free with raspberry filling.

Back home to pack up my overnight bag and make my bed.

Back on the road to home messy home.

Feed my hamster and then get washed up..

Spend the next hour catching up on social media and watchin' my Sox.

Gather as many blankets on me as possible and head to bed at last.
