There's a gas leak in my building, and until the council come to suss it out, we're not allowed to leave work.

that's completely strange, wouldn't they want you out of the building asap if there's a leak?

turns out there are dead rats in our cooling system...

but yeah, wouldn't they want you OUT of the building, on the emergency evacuation area or something?
