Where am I? What Century is this?

I’m on a wind farm site visit for the next two weeks. The farm is located in a small town on the coat of the Gaspe Pennisula. The town has a small bay, and surrounding the bay are some mountains. It’s very scenic and lovely. I’m looking forward to doing some running while I’m here. As I was driving the three hours to get here from the small airport
