No it doesn't seem so difficult. So I don't know why we keep giving so many people just a hard time at getting married!! It's like It's MARRIAGE! Not a crime. So don't treat it like it! People are so stupid sometimes.

You know I got your back though right? If you ever need to fend off from narrow minded relatives I'll be fighting right there next to you! Was it the Hicks' being stupid? I hope it wasn't my dad. He said he was going to call and congratulate you and even thoug he said he wasn't going to say anything like that...I know my dad. Ugh. I hope it wasn't my dad. If it was or if it was any other relative of ours, I sincerely apologize. They can't get past their childhood views. They know not what they do.

I just want to put my 2 cents in and say... CONGRATULATIONS! I can't believe it's really happening. The first one of my friends to get married... Kinda freaky. :) I'm very happy for you sweetie! You deserve the best! :)

i wish i could be there to see this wedding, because i feel like i was there during HALF of your journey! i am so happy for you. a true congratulations from me. if you can/have time to talk tomorrow just call my cell. ill prob just be hanging out (doing work, but free to talk) at the library.

What are you talking about? I think you need to re-read my journal. I would never say a bad thing or a stereotype about an Arab. I'm marrying one for gosh sakes.
