Last week at work I had to organise the AV for an honorary conferring. It was an old bloke called Carter that was being conferred - I think someone said he used to be a peanut farmer or something. The press photographer took a photo of me sticking a radio mic on the old guy.( Read more... )

Kilmainham Woollen Mills

About 5 mins walk from where I live there is an old woollen mills - when I say old I don't know exactly how old but I'm guessing late 18th, early 19th century. (ETA I've just discovered it's actually 17th century!
