well i went to church tonight and i was so happy to be there. i was like speeding on the way there cause i was so excited. and the message was so appropiate for whats been going on in my life this past week. the message was about giving up the things in you life that you dont need and that will tempt you to grow away from God including friends.This

Hey jessica it's David. I know how it feels to struggle with giving up things to grow closer to God as well, so I feel for ya. I have grown distant from an innumerable amount of friends that I used to hang out with frequently. Just remember that God is more important than any friend, and anyone who would keep you in any way from knowing Him better is not really a friend. Also remember that as you lose friends that live for the world you will begin making more friends that know Christ and will be so much more beneficial to you. Well good luck with everything and I'll see you at church on sunday!
