I am getting very very sick of feeling like I can complain all of the time.
I'm in suck moods lately, I don't know what to do about myself.
I feel like sulking.
What a waste of time.

I guess I'm just sick of being lonely.

I understand where you're at...

Specialness sometimes means isolation from the rest of the herd, in whatever sense you want to look at it. But it also means you can do great things and make wonderful changes to yourself and the world around you.

You can truly do whatever you want to do.

While we can effectively change our world for the better, being at conflict with too many things in it only breeds misery. The best thing you can do for these low points is to try and free your mind: to understand that reality is subjective and that you can ignore it now and then; to realize that any past decisions with negetive outcomes aren't bad things we should regret, but simple lessons we've learnt; to realize that life is long is today, this week, and next June are all just small drops in the river of life (and that that river eventually flows to an ocean).
When in sucky moods, I find it helps to simply go out for for a walk (preferably to somewhere green), take some deep breathes, and remind yourself of what's important to you, what your goals and dreams are. If you can find a positive place to centralize your conscious mind, you can tap into your subconscious alot easier.

Oh and how I am longing for the green. I can't wait to get out of winter, I always think it's going to go on forever. I think in some ways my moods are seasonal. I wonder if I'm a didfferent person in the suymmer or winter. Considering I spend them with different people, you never can tell.

Thanks for the insight. As always I miss our conversations, but will be back in Toronto at the beginning of April until I leave for Israel. I'd love to hang out.

ciao & peace

P.S. I've started dreading my hair which is very exciting. The thought I just had: do you still have your dreads? Talk soon!
