turns out our landlord decided to sell our home to someone else out of the blue, and that person is going to rip the house apart. we now have to find a new place to live, this all happened tonight. talk about short notice. we are trying to figure what to do next. none of us are ready for this money or time wise right now. it really is a pain. i
