Kitchen help needed

So, I am doing the feast for Ponte Alto's event on Febryary 15th.

And I need a kitchen staff.  Seriously, I need one.  Anyone want to help in the ktichen?

(And yes, I know that there are no "day-trip" prices to the event.  I want to have a convo about that w/ teh autocrat if it is a serious issue for anyone who wants to work.)

I will consult the Belovèd Spousal Unit, the family exchequer, and the date on my blue card, but if we can swing it, I would like to help. I'm good for chopping things (onions don't make me cry), stirring things, and washing dishes. If there's a recipe in front of me, I can be trusted to measure and assemble things as well.

We need to work out a munchkin minder, but Ranulph and I are willing to help. The price is a little painful, especially since we probably won't actually eat the feast, being busy with in the kitchen and all that (at least, that's the way it worked out a couple of years ago), but we'll pay it if that's what it takes to help you.

I'm only somewhat skillful but willing to help if I can sit and work most of the time (vs. stand and work).

Although I've been to the site, I've never been in the kitchen.
