haha, so recently I have taken a stab at web development. I mean, I haven't made web page since like 1999. I wish I were really joking about that. I picked up PHP and have cobbled together my poor SQL skills to finally begin that goddamn packet log database. One of those things I really wanted someone else to write so I didn't have to learn

i have some rss2/rss1/atom parsing libraries around here somewhere. i keep talking about writing an aggregator. it's a little frustrating because different fields are optional in each different spec so the unified record is full of string option instead of string.
