• Walk to Iranian New Year's street festival: Out of food.
  
• Walk to Pie in the Sky pizzeria: Closed.
  
• Walk to a pho house: Closed.
  
• Walk to Tuk Tuk Thai: Food.

Restaurants close early in Berkeley. Pie in the Sky closed at 9p, the pho house closed at 9:30p.

The few places that are open late (Au Coquette, La Burrita, Top Dog, Tuk Tuk Thai) have their niches. Might not be good business to compete in that market.
