Finally done

I started this story, I won't tell you what it is because I hate it so much, over a year ago. Left it unfinished, people kept reviewing to say continue. Don't know why. It was pretty terrible

I'm actually starting to get impatient to get my H/L email. I've put a few projects on hold for this, and I want to get started already.

Yeah, I keep checking my email every hour it feels like. And I have an H/L fic that I want to start so badly, but I'm afraid to in case I get too caught up in it and don't want to work on the exchange fic.

Hopefully we get it today at least. This delay keeps cutting into our actual writing time (which feels shorter than a lot of exchanges I've seen, even though this is the first of done).

It is a lot shorter. Most of the exchanges I've done have an 8-12 week writing period. I'll probably end up doing something fairly short for time's sake unless the request really inspires me.

I don't want to get started on anything either. Very frustrating. I've got Secret War to finish, the H/G, and a really epic H/L (or gen, depending on your definitions) that I've been living with for years that I want to work on. But I can't work on anything until I finish this.

That's what I thought. This is like 7 weeks. Unfortunate, because I said I preferred a longer story, and I want to be able to plan, write, and get it betad and have a decently long fic to give them. We'll see, I guess.

I'm pretty excited to see what you're going to write next. I love anything epic. :) And it's so good to see an author writing more than just drabbles and one-shots. And why is the H/L possibly gen?
