My pairing of choice:
Sam/Dean
I've always been relatively monogamous in my pairings with past fandoms, but I can't read anything in this fandom does more than mention one boy in a relationship with other. I'm not sure why that is, but for me, there doesn't seem to be any room for anyone else. Just Sam and Dean.
Surefire kinks:
Rimming, biting, fisting, possesive!boy
Surprising kinks:
Underage, schmoop, curtain!fic, wing!fic
Topping/bottoming:
I tend to prefer Top!Dean (although in J2, I tend to prefer Top!Jared).
Squicks:
Non-con, one boy being abusive to the other, relationship fic with other/OC,
abusive!John, death!fic, either guy!demon, either guy!angel
Cliches or tropes that don't do it for me:
Hustler!boy(s), MPreg (with *very* few exceptions), WinSister!Fic,
OOC!Boys (Sam crying all day long, Dean being a bastard and cheating on Sam),
Dumb!Dean
Ideal fic:
Good case fic, with slow dawning realization of love, boys being good to each other, angsty
(but not pervasive angst) happenings, deep thought on both their parts, snuggling, making out, moving slow, respect for each other. Doesn't even need to have much p0rn (although that's always appreciated).
