It's times like today that I get really frustrated with my cynophobia. It tends to make life difficult, as I avoid places wherever I spot a dog, but for the most part, I've learned to put up with that fact since there's little I can do about my fears. But there are days that I really do wish there was a way to make my paranoia and panic attacks

It may seems strange, but eating something cold can actually warm you up. Just as, in the summer, having something hot can cool you down. It seems contrary, but like most things about humans...contrary is what we do best at times ^_^

That hasn't ever worked for me. Drinking something cold cools me down even more and hot shit heats me up. There isn't any other way.
