You can do this. Just make sure to limit other stressors and focus on keeping your body healthy. Eat only healthy foods, eliminate alcohol and processed foods etc and get some moderate exercise - both to clear your mind and to keep your body strong.

You may miss out on some social stuff for awhile but if it keeps you moving toward your goal - it's worth it.

Just focus on your goal and do what it takes to get there. Stressing over this will make things worse so just be confident that you can do it!

I have been eating really well, and trying to really take care of myself for the last little while and my body is still tanking! I am determined darn it! I will do this, what ever it takes!

Time to slow down and really focus on health, and not running myself into the ground! And yes, you are right, stay confident and positive!
