In other news: I just had my nails done. They are pretty in pink. Really I just chose the color because it matched the sweater I was wearing. Anyway I have just finished the fourth week of classes. A month of law school and I am feeling quite confident, well at least most of the time. As is standard with classes I enjoy some more than others,

oooh.. real licorice. you are lucky to be someplace nordic. I ate boxes and boxes of the stuff when i visited iceland. the forest service people there told me that it keeps you from getting sick in the winter.

Nothing keeps Finnish people from getting sick, it seems. All of Helsinki has the same cold right now. I suspect the wide spread of the germ is due to the fact that people don't cover their mouths when they cough. But yes, as widespread as the common cold is licorice. It's called something funny like Salimiac.
