What's that conspiracy theory about banks again?

I have my thesis defense today. I keep reminding myself that I should be more nervous. It's not that I'm so confident that my thesis is a masterpiece or anything. I think I'm just tired of being worried about it. I know there's nothing I can do. They've had it for a couple of weeks, they've read it, they already know what they're going to say to me ( Read more... )

Well, maybe you can figure out what it is about meat that helps and find a veggie replacement. Like, say the protein and fat is helping because it keeps your blood sugar more stable, then try eating more soy, avocados, nuts, legumes, and so on. And so forth.

If you do decide to go back to meat I would skip the dairy and just stick with lean organic poultry and fish. In moderation they're not unhealthy.

Good luck, I hope it works out!

I know, I just made this discovery and I have a lot of experimenting to do. I won't eat dairy again. That's one thing I'll never go back to.

I had a feeling this was some horrid, common industry practice. Luckily, we picked up on it before we signed anything, and these are not our closing papers. I don't know if they'll try to pull that again at closing because we're already on to them, but maybe. We're doing a mail closing, so we'll get everything a few days in advance. Something similar happened to Neal's sister when they showed up to the table to close, and the mortgage guy had to pay for the difference out of pocket. We ust have to be willing to threaten to walk away if they pull that shit on us again. Colorado law very much favors the buyer, so I don't know how much they can fuck with us.

Can you guys come say goodbye on Saturday?
