So fuckin' jealous. I've never had a dog in my life. Though I get paid to play with (and torture) them...

And tell your mom to just be glad you're not considering getting two cats and naming them both "Jerry Sizzler".

I've only ever rented before, and my landlords never allowed dogs or cats.

Even though I really want a dog, we're holding off right now until we see how the financial situation shakes out. Our mortgage payments are going to be a lot more than we were paying to rent. But at least now I can have a dog when I'm ready for one!
