today was really fun. we did a potluck at my house, and the food turned out really good. everyone went to see pan's labyrinth, which i loved. then to dinner, with our waiter named beefcake. i made a cool friend in barnes and noble in the art section and ran into her again at walmart's craft aisle. today was good ( Read more... )

This whole deal with mom's health is starting again, and it's worse than usual. basically, her spine is deteriorating. fast. at the rate she's been, the doctors think she'll end up in a wheelchair soon. if she wants to avoid this happening, she'll have to give up lifting anything heavy and driving, among other things. i can't do this. not ( Read more... )
