I knew he would be. I counted on it... But not like this. I completely misread him. I didn't think he would actually care about me. By the book, by the numbers, we could become the greatest couple that magical society has ever seen... But I don't know how to deal with real affection. I've never known it a day in my life. And I'm scared of it. I don't want to push him away and lose him, but I don't know if I know how to deal with this.

He's going home for the holidays and I'm staying... Time apart will help.
