008 [Voice; English]

At first, there's only the sound of wheezing for a bit. Yotsuba's feeling the effects of the gas a bit more heavily as her lungs are still not fully developed, since she's only five. Still, it only feels like an extra bad cold. Not used to being sick, however, she's a bit freaked out.

I'm not technically a medical doctor, but I do have a bit of knowledge in that area. And I'm fairly sure you don't need an operation. Tissues, though, are more likely. How are you feeling?

He may get in angry in response to an awful lot of things, but he can't very well blame you for feeling sick. And while it sounds distinctly like a cold, lately the air seems rather.... Well. Never you mind. But I think you ought to stay indoors for the next little while. Don't go outside, all right? And keep the windows closed, if you've got any windows near you.

[The reply is a bit slower this time, as the air has gotten worse since Yotsuba made the entry. Her breathing is more labored, and it's starting to effect her voice.]

It's like the time daddy sat on me by accident when I was hiding under my blanket...! But no one's sitting on me now. But I always close the windows so I don't get thrown out! But it's stinky now!

[Her attempt to be at her normal volume ends in a coughing fit.]

It kinda hurts...

I know, but keep them closed, yeah? There's...something in the air, and we don't want it getting in. And if you have any spare fabric around, any spare clothing, you know, or something of that sort, do you think you could try putting it around your nose and mouth? See if that helps a bit?
