Back in the day, I used to fill out dumb surveys all the time. Like at least two a week and that's probably a conservative estimate. They always asked stupid questions "Who was the last person you talked to?" or "What color socks are you wearing?" 1. What is your all time favorite book and why?
Stand-alone novels: George Orwell's 1984
Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 and Aldous Huxley's Brave New World are close alternate picks though.
Epic multi-book stories: Frank Herbert's Dune, but it only barely beats our Dan Simmons' Hyperion/Endymion novels.
And even though you didn't ask, my favorite all-around author would be a toss up between H.P. Lovecraft and Kurt Vonnegut.

If I'm in the car: The Faint - The Geeks were Right
If it's on the radio in the garage: Theory of a Deadman - Bad Girlfriend

16. What is your favorite guilty pleasure show on tv?
Matlock, Murder She Wrote, Walker Texas Ranger? If Viva Laughlin were still on the air, that would probably be the winner though. It was so bad that it was actually entertaining in a weird way, kind of like witnessing a train full of cuddly baby bears derail in the middle of a forest fire.
