Anyone selling or know of anyone selling a car? I'm looking for a used car in the price range of 2500-3000. Basically something reliable and will get me through a few years. I'm looking on Craigslist and such, but any other leads are helpful too. Let me know. Thanks in advance.

my dad owns a used car dealership in st. albans...if you tell them i sent you they'll hook you up WAY under blue book value. he's currently at home with a broken neck but i could help you if you'd like...and any car you want, can be gotten. he's hooked up 20+ of my friends!

Oh, that's awesome. What's the name of the dealership? I'm looking for something that will last me a few years until I have a real job and get a new car. Anyway, I don't know how to drive standards and they would be terrible for Morgantown, so that type of car is out. Trucks are kind of hard, so preferably not one of those either. I guess what I want is just something that falls around my price range and in fairly decent shape. I'm not too concerned with looks or dings in the side because it's going to be in Morgantown and no one escapes without a fender bender. It's not necessary, but I'm partial to cars that have AWD and four doors. I hear that Subarus are decent cars so I've been kind of looking for those or a Chrysler Cirrus like my mom's just because it's really easy for me to drive. How is your dad doing? I've been following the status updates =oP

dad is doing much better thank you ! sorry, ive joined so many lj communities that i cant follow regular entries anymore. i saw your new post about a car and thought i'd chip in.

dad's dealership is in st. albans, called diamond used cars. its pretty small, but hes very very honest and like i said, put a ton of my friends in cars. kara whitney ryan rita caitlin's mom patrick just to name a few.

anyway, i'll ask him tonight what cars he has in that price range. i'm almost positive he has a ford taurus that is in very good shape (i drove it myself for a while!) thats in the price range you're looking for. he doesn't usually carry too many cars under $4000, but he always has the trade in cars. i'll get back to you tonight about it.

Oh don't worry about it. I was posting another entry to get feedback on random cars I had found, since sadly I know nothing about cars, lol. Good to hear about your dad. I could probably do a little higher with the budget if I found something cool. I'm in Morgantown right now, but I'll check out his place when I come down in a couple weeks for a dentist appointment. Thanks =o)
