I am finally at peace. I had a talk with the head .I am clear with what I want and what is expected of me from my organisation. I was able to express my views and concerns over certain issues. It is good to have heads who are understanding and want the best for you.

Hmmm..I really do not know how to start this..Twittering fervently has led me to believe that I can actually start blogging.Any initial desire I had about blogging was diminished when I read a friend's blog seven years ago.It was too wordy and bored me to death.
