Justice system is SHIT
I tell you, the Justice system is shit.
I would get more for walking around with a Samari Sword, rather than killing someone.
So frustrated and I've had hours for it to sink in.

It sounds as if he's really distraught about it though. Not that makes any difference to your grief, I know - but even though he won't be in jail, he's going to remember Keira and feel that guilt the rest of his life regardless.

The guy who caused the accident that killed my dad got not guilty, and walks free. It's total bullshit. He parked his truck across the highway, blocking all the lanes, it was dusk and foggy. HE IS GUILTY!

I was at work when I read that story and I cried.
I know it doesn't make losing your beautiful friend any easier, but just remember, he has to live every single day of the rest of his life knowing that his actions took away someones life, and has to suffer with that every day. At least he will remember her and feel guilty.
