the term is "tout" and it's illegal

wikipedia: "Ticket tout" is a British term for a scalper, someone who engages in ticket resale for more than the face value of the ticket. In recent years some British ticket touts have moved into Internet ticket fraud.[3]

Yeah, that's pretty much what I've decided in the end.

Fortunately, I've managed to get proper tickets for my next few concerts. And I'm hoping there's no need for scalpers for a while.
