A 19 year old kid jumped off work's parking garage and killed himself two nights ago. Someone saw it happen, came over while he was still alive, and left. He then came back with friends and stole the kids cell phone

When I am in public places I often wonder how many people would actually try to save the life of someone. For this reason I plan to get certified again by the Red Cross for CPR. I hope to do this in August because there are new guidelines.

In a somewhat related question, does your workplace have defibrillators?

I have no idea. I'd guess no, but not that I'd want them to. Not everyone I work with should be trusted with electricity.
