My boss will have a baby soon. This will be her baby gift. I'm going to add an airplane in the lower right hand corner. Actually, the picture is upside-down, so mentally flip it, then add a plane.

Things can be arranged. Costs would depend completely on how big you wanted it, how good of quality fabrics you wanted, and the deadline. Materials for this one was around $70, and it's maybe 4x5 feet, which is actually pretty small.

Good to know. My mom saw my comment post and said I can probably have my grandma's sewing machine since they're moving into an old folks home and then I can make one myself. this is now an interesting toss up. hmmm....
