How much time does it really take so heal from an experience that effects who you are to the core. Is time really all it takes? Because I've given it plenty of time but it always seems to haunt me. I'm beginning to think I'm a horrible person. Why does other people's happiness make me feel so horrible about myself? I should be excited for them but all I can do is think woe is me and cry over it. -
When did this happen?
When did I become so cynical? I notice it more and more each day. It's definitely a role reversal and contradiction of sorts. until I graduate from graduate school and have to find a real job. I've been updating my resume and started looking on the NATA job listing for openings. It still doesn't feel real. Good news: I can now get back to my life outside of the TV. Bad news: France lost the world cup today in penalty kicks. That really blows.
