[Apt Hunting] First place - Ugh

So, if my general reaction to a place is "eew, this place is diiiiiirty", I probably shouldn't try to live there for a year, right?
Hate apartment hunting. If anyone hears of a nice cheap place (under $600, studio to 2 bedroom) on the Eastside or nice neighborhoods in Riverwest, let me know, k?

Good luck, you'll need it on the East side. There are pretty cheap/nice apartments out by me but, as you know, I'm not exactly living on the East side.
