It has been over 2 years since my last post but I think I have some good excuses. New house, new job, new state, hell...practically new country. Things have been pretty hectic for me but not so much that I don't miss my old friends. In fact, an old friend from my new home who has become a new friend reminded me about LJ. Reading missed entries

To make a long story short, my Canada Day was mostly spent at the US border going through Hell. Evidently I slacked in LJ entries and missed this one. But going through applications for membership to a certain other community, I saw your username and decided to come see if you had posted since Pride.

BTW, slight delay in the special mailing request. The completion date for the townhouse has been pushed back to December 4th now. But I haven't forgotten and as soon as I have a mailbox, I'll be sure to let you two know.

Let me know if you (two) come up for a visit, eh. Until the business of what went down at the border on Canada Day I can't come down to see you. It's utter nonesense but I don't need to tell you that the border can be a terrible place for guys like us, eh.

I am glad to see your response here. So sorry that "my" people gave you a hard time at the border. I never have trouble getting across to your side...just odd double takes when I am on my way "home". (this govt won't recognize all of my hard work so my passport is inaccurate).

Actually, we were in T. the weekend before last for an impromptu visit/last minute business trip. We went to that club you told us about and we LOVE it. The stairs are a bit of a pain but well worth it so we plan on going back as often as possible.

Should we call when we are in town or email?
