Daiki and Shane prepared themselves already. They walked downstairs and ate their breakfast. Daiki drop her on her school and gave a goodbye kiss. He went to his campus to start the project that they will pass later. Shane’s class started but she’s still worried why Yamada wasn’t attending the class anymore. That makes more mysterious when Yamada’s company took of their proposal and everything about them getting married. The class ended.
As usual, she went to her locker and fixed her things. She went to the school gate and patiently waited for Sebastian to bring her home. Few minutes had passed, Sebastian and the car wasn’t there yet. She hates when people makes her wait. She’s being hot tempered again. A limo parked in front of her, but its not hers nor her dad’s or what. The driver went out, she found out that it was Alfred. Alfred opened the door for her. Shane gave him a confused look. Alfred just smiled. She sighed and entered the car.
Alfred drove off as Shane texted Sebastian that she left the school and she’ll go somewhere. She refused to use her car. Sebastian can’t let her walk around Tokyo easily. She’s a daughter of an important business man here in Japan. She might be kidnapped and ask for a ransom money or worst, giving the whole company to the kidnapper. But Shane was pushy. She said that she’ll disguise.. just for now. Sebastian already gave up so he let her do what she wants. At least once.
Alfred parked the limo at the park.
“ Why did you fetch me Alfred?” Shane asked to cut the silence.
“ I have something important to say Ojou-sama.” Alfred politely informed her.
“ Alfred, stop calling me ‘Ojou-sama’. I’m not your Ouji-sama’s fiance anymore..” Shane said, with a low voice. Hinting a sadness on her voice. Following a weak smile.
“ That’s why I went to fetch you Ojou-sama.” Alfred said.
“ What is that?” She asked curiously.
“ Ouji-sama was the one who convinced his parents to cancel the engagement.” He plainly said.
“ H-huh ?!” her eyes we’re eyes widen as she heard that from Alfred.
Alfred just nodded. “ He asked that he will do anything his parents command. But not marrying you.” He added.
“ B-but why?” She asked, tears forming at the corner of her eyes.
“ I can’t tell the main reason why. But he did that for you.” Alfred said.
“ Fo-for me ?! Wh-why the heck he will do that for me ?!” She exclaimed.
“ Like I said, I can’t tell it to you Ojou-sama. You should find out by yourself.”
“ And, when Ojou-sama took care of you when you had fever, waiting for Daiki-sama at the park… He lied to your parents. “I’m so sorry Otou-sama. I told her to wait for me at the park but it rained and still, she waited for me.” he said. He lied because he knows you don’t want your parents to forbid Daiki on seeing you. He took the blame. He did that for you again.” He added.
“ EEEEHHH ?! MAJI DE ?!” she said, totally shocked. I thought he said that to mom and dad for me not to see Daiki anymore… I even said harsh things to him… blaming him. She thought.
“ That’s it. I can send you home.” Alfred said.
“ N-no thanks. I’ll just walk. I have to do something important.” She said, still shocked of what she have heard.
“ Are you sure Ojou-sama?” Alfred asked once more.
“ Yes. Thank you for dropping by Alred.” She gave him a weak smile and leave the car. Alfred bow and drove off.
