Its not you, its me
Had another interview today for another job at work. The hiring manager told me at the end that she would not hire me. The reason being that while she thinks I will someday make a great sr measurement analyst, not today. I don't have the "statistical chops" essentially, no experience with SAS. 100 Words Project - Hassell Painter Photography is now available at Lulu.com! In 6-8 weeks, it will be available via amazon or barnes and noble. It will also be available to retailers.
I learned a lot from doing this project, which I'll post about later. For now, I'm just happy to announce that it is done. -
Emptiness
Charles and I have both felt the need to try and fill the hole left in our lives by Moree’s passing. We have had to fight the urge to spend money we don’t really have (but a new stove would be so nice…). Instead, while Moree can never be replaced, we have found a new puppy to join our family ( Read more... ) -
Goodbye
We had to make the hardest decision pet owners ever have to make today. Moree went in for surgery yesterday and crashed today. He was not always a good dog, but he was a sweet, loving, and loyal. The house will be quieter and emptier without him. -
Microfiction Project
Okay, I am back in the swing of things for the microfiction project. Here is the list of photos I intend to use from my brother's website.
The plan is to pair each picture with a 100 word microfiction story inspired by it, and then publish the book using blurb or lulu.
