Everyone seems to either ignore or have not bothered to read the most important paragraph of the entire bill: THIS SECTION SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH FEDERAL LAWS REGULATING IMMIGRATION, PROTECTING THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF ALL PERSONS AND RESPECTING THE PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES OF UNITED STATES CITIZENS.

Shanex, your MA license WOULD automatically count as proof per Section 2, 11-1051, B, 4, which states: IF THE ENTITY REQUIRES PROOF OF LEGAL PRESENCE IN THE UNITED STATES BEFORE ISSUANCE, ANY VALID UNITED STATES FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION.

As far as I know, all states require proof of age to get a Drivers License, meaning a birth certificate, which would prove you are old enough to operate a motor vehicle and are a citizen. Most first time drivers also must provide a thumbprint.

For an argument to be valid, it must be based on fact as written in black and white.
