yeah, follow the rules:
Don't get involved with married/significant relationship women.
Don't get involved with women you work with.
Don't get involved with women who take psychotropic drugs (prescribed or not, unless they are actually med compliant - see discipline above)
Don't get involved with women who have or recently have had an addiction (alcohol, drugs or both, whether prescribed or not - see psychotropic drugs)
Don't get involved with women that you know have a pattern of cheating.

It happens to all of us at times. Things will just rub me wrong sometimes and I get a little cranky, defensive, argumentative, or any number of other adjectives. Don't be too hard on yourself.

i'd been venting privately on lj thruout this and got angry enough to unprivate, oh well you've heard me say it enough, secrets are poison

Don't we both know that one from personal experience.
I will probably always feel guilt about some secrets of the past...
family stuff and I think you know what secrets I refer to.

thank you and hugs to you as well, we didn't do too bad with the family stuff did we? ps. my mom thinks you may be onto something about the borderline stuff, seems they have gotten a taste of it as well :)
