Sam finds out that Cas has never eaten food before, so when Dean goes to get the ItemTheyNeed Sam gets a bunch of food and they have a tasting party and it's awesome but then he reacts to something he didn't know he was allergic to and Cas is like

F is for Funeral: a time to wear black. If crying and moans won't bring someone back, we tuck them in tight and say our goodbyes, bury them deep and go on with our lives.
But if it's a friend, or one you held dear, it's hard to get used to them not being here.
Stephen's funeral, whenever that may be.
